Join me for a 30 minute pilates session to increase strength in your upper back, arms and shoulders. It is also the perfect way to improve your posture.I will gently guide you through a series of pilates exercises to improve mobility and strength in all the areas of the upper body whilst still giving you a wonderful, functional core workout. This is also an ideal session to add into your weekly routine to relieve neck pain and tension.
