Join me for a 20 minute full body workout for women over 50. These exercises for address the important aspects of ageing gracefully such as strength, balance, bone health, muscle mass and coordination. This workout is effective, fun and safe for beginners to advanced movers and osteoporosis friendly. It can also help you lose weight by increasing lean muscle mass, which in turn boosts your metabolism and helps you burn more calories, even at rest.
