Join me for a gentle, standing pilates class designed for women 65+ who want to feel stronger, stand taller and be more confident in daily life. You’re very welcome here — whether you’re new to Pilates or returning after years. This is a safe, judgment-free space to move mindfully, improve stability, and reconnect with your body. No mat needed!
In this session, we’ll focus on:
✅ Balance & coordination
✅ Leg and core strength
✅ Joint mobility (especially ankles, knees & hips)
✅ Functional movement for real life — getting up, reaching, walking, playing!
👉 Use a chair or wall for support if needed
👉 Wear comfy clothes and bare feet (or grippy socks)
👉 Breathe, smile, and move at your own pace
