Standing Pilates for Seniors | REBUILD LOST MUSCLE and STRENGTHEN BONES (Weights Optional)

Join me for a 30 Minute standing pilates workout for Seniors 60+to strengthen the muscles and build stronger bones through guided standing pilates exercises. This session will have special senior exercises to improve balance, strength and coordination as well as exercises for the general aches & pains in the joints and spine that come with age. It is also osteoproosis friendly. Doing this session at least 3 times a week will improve standing strength, standing balance and coordination - all vital movements for fall prevention and bone strength. Take your time and do what you can, if anything is too challenging for you right now, don't worry, use a chair for support, or just rest and come back and try again when you're ready.
You can do this session with or without weights, if you add weights keep them light 1kg or 2 pounds.
