Standing Pilates for Seniors for Full Body Strength - includes 10 Min of Knee Strength Exercises

Join me for a 30 Minute standing pilates workout for Seniors 65+ looking for a fresh approach to fitness and wellbeing. This session includes Pilates for Very Painful Knees using a chair so have a chair handy. Whether you are new to fitness or simply new to fitness in your 6o's this is for you. Based on my Pilates certification in working with older adults I have created a session with exercises to help combat loss of strength, coordination and balance that can come with age but -and this is important- It doesn't have to be that way. Doing these exercises regularly will improve all these things so I am recommending you build up to doing this workout at least three times a week. Take your time and do what you can, if anything is too challenging for you right now, don't worry, just rest and come back and try again when you're ready.
