Healing my Rotator Cuff Injury without Surgery | Stage 3 Rotator Cuff Exercises for Strength
Have you torn your rotator cuff? I feel your pain. Join me and let's rehab together. These are the Stage 3 exercises where we are going to star rebuilding shoulder strength. Filmed in real time with my (very) real injury, you can do the exercises along with me to start to slowly recover from your rotator cuff injury. Please note I have been formally diagnosed in a UK hopsital and given exercises to do to start recovering, these are the initial exercses. I will be making another session soon with the next set of exercises soon which will inpcrpporate a Pilates fulll body workout that is safe for the shoulder- stage 4 so do keep an eye out for that. Take your time, don't work into any pain or push through pain and of course, seek medical attention if you have any concerns. That said, I have been doing these for a few days and I am already so much better! Hope you feel better soon too.❤️
