Good Morning Pilates Routine | 25 Minute Standing Pilates for Better Posture
This is a lovely 25 minute energising routine to get you moving and ready for your day. It will improve your posture with regular practice too. You can do this workout anywhere, at home or on holiday. It's a simple, effective Pilates routine, explained clearly and at a steady pace so you can do it along with me.
