Do your hips click when you're exercising? In this 20 minute pilates routine we'll go through a series of exercises and stretches to reduce the clicking/snapping /clunky hips associated with Snapping Hip Syndrome. With a mix of functional Pilates exercises to release tension in your muscles, improve mobility and strengthen the lower body and core for an improvement in overall function and reduction of that click! This is one I recommend you do twice weekly to manage the condition and keep on top of it.
