Join me for a 30 minute Pilates workout to strengthen your core and your back. This is a strong session to help you buld strength and resilience in your boy. The ideal workout if you have back ache, back pain or stiffness and feel the need to strengthen your abdominals as well as give yourself a good workout and stretch. A great routine to condition the body without putting the joints under pressure.
