Full Body Morning Pilates Workout 10 Min | Everyday Pilates
This 10 minute full body morning pilates workout is a great all round exercise programme for toning the thighs, hips and core and back. Perfect for when you are short on time but want to work your entire body. You don't need pilates experience to do it, and if you practice it everyday for 30 days you will see and feel a great improvement in your overall strength, tone and muscle definition.
