Ever wondered what the difference is between a glute bridge and a Pilates bridge? 🤔

In a Pilates Bridge, you posteriorly tilt your pelvis by tucking your tailbone under, then segmentally lift your spine one vertebra at a time, like a string of pearls. The focus is on spinal articulation, deep core engagement, and control.

In a Glute Bridge, you hinge from the hips, engaging the glutes to thrust your hips up. The movement is more strength-driven, targeting glute activation and power rather than spinal articulation.

Both are powerful but they serve different purposes. Understanding how and why you’re moving makes all the difference in your results.

Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
