Welcome to Day 3 of our FREE Summer Pilates x Strength Challenge βοΈ Today's workout is a 20-minute Deep Core & Waist class, designed to strengthen your entire core from the inside out and help you glow up over the summer feeling stronger, healthier and more confident.
When we talk about your core, we're not just talking about your abs. Your core is like a corset that wraps all the way around your body β from your deep transversus abdominis to your pelvic floor, waist, sides and back. Today's workout is designed to target all of it.
Through slow, controlled Pilates movements, we'll build deep core strength, improve stability and help you move better both in and outside of your workouts.
Whether you're training during your summer break or simply looking to create a healthy routine this season, this workout is designed to help you feel your best while building real strength from the inside out.
No equipment is needed β¨ just your mat and your focus.
In today's workout, expect:
ππΌ Deep core activation;
ππΌ Transversus abdominis training;
ππΌ Pelvic floor strengthening;
ππΌ Waist and outer core work;
ππΌ Back and postural muscles engagement;
ππΌ Slow&controlled Pilates movements.

Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we canβt choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.
I have hundreds of other home workouts available on my channel, so you can pick and choose which workouts you want to do, to not only make you build a strong body, but also feel amazing.
Please remember every body is different and we all progress at different rates. The fact that you have shown up and completed this workout is incredible. You should be very proud of yourself for taking the steps to improve not only your physical, but also your mental health.
