Today’s workout is an 8-minute weighted abs finisher, fast-paced and focused on form, breathing control, and core stability.

Using dumbbells, we’ll work your abs, deep core and stabilisers to help build strength, improve control, and support more defined abs over time. This is high intensity but intentional — slow your reps if needed, keep your breath steady, and prioritise good form.

This workout is perfect as part of the challenge or to add on to any workout as a powerful abs finisher. If you’re looking for a weighted abs workout, define abs at home, or a short routine to improve core strength and stability, this one is for you!

Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.
