Join me for a full body ballet inspired dancer and pilates workout. No dance experience needed, just yourself and your mat. This session will be a mix of both standing and mat pilates exercises all with a beautiful ballet twist to help you feel elegant, strong and flexible. An open level class this is for everyone who enjoys pilates and barre workouts and would like to try a dancers Pilates workout.
