Welcome to this 5-minute intense everyday abs workout with Lilly Sabri 🔥 If you are wanting to target your deep core and work all the layers of your abs in just five minutes, this is the workout for you.
We’ll be doing 30 seconds on each exercise, using slow, controlled Pilates movements to activate your deep core, lower abs and outer abs while helping you build strength and work towards a flatter stomach feeling.
This class is short, but definitely not easy. You will feel the burn through your entire core.
I am a qualified Pilates instructor and physiotherapist, so while we are training hard, we are also making sure your form, posture and alignment stay correct throughout every movement.
This workout is perfect as a daily abs routine, a quick finisher or a core workout at home when you're short on time.
We recommend doing this workout for 14 days to really feel stronger, improve your deep core activation and see the difference in your abs.

Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.
