Welcome to Day 1 of the Physique Foundations Challenge! Intermediate Version

Equipment you'll need today: 2 sets of dumbbells 1 for upper, 1 for lower.

Today's workout is all standing, and includes upper and lower body work (no ab work). This is the intermediate version, which means there are squats and lunges
