30 min Dumbbell Sculpt Workout for Upper & Lower Body Toning | ALL Standing
This is a 33 min strength workout with dumbbells. I recommend 1 light set, 1 heavier set (if a beginner, 3-5lbs for arms and 5-10+lbs for lower body). This workout includes a warmup, workout and stretch at the end. The first half is upper body exercises, and second half with lower body. I hope you enjoy this workout!
