Welcome to Day 1 of the Physique Foundations Challenge!

Equipment you'll need today: 2 sets of dumbbells (see below) 1 for upper, 1 for lower.
Today's workout is all standing, and includes upper and lower body work (no ab work). This is the low impact/express version of the workout, which means there is no squats, lunges, and kneeling.
