Lots of you love these short but full body practices perfect for when you want to feel mobile, mindful and strong but only have 15 minutes. We start in standing with some neck stretches and roll downs.

We take it to the mat for back to basics centring and mobility, some side-lying work to get the glutes and inner thighs fired up. We finish with some lovely posture work, prone cobras and standing dumb waiter. I hope this is a lovely re-energising and grounding routine to rest. No equipment needed. 16 minutes.
