This is a 15 minute home workout, slow and controlled designed to help you stay active during Ramadan without placing too much stress on your body while fasting.
As part of our Ramadan series, this gentle yet effective Pilates session focuses on mindful movement, controlled breathing, and full-body activation. Perfect if you’re looking for quick workouts at home that support your energy levels and help you feel strong, centred, and balanced during your Ramadan tradition.
This full body Pilates flow workout with Lilly Sabri will work your core, lower body, and upper body through intentional, low-impact exercises that maintain strength and mobility while respecting recovery and hydration needs.
Please do this exercise as you do any other LEAN workouts, on your own pace and listening to your body.

Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.
