Welcome to today’s 10-minute Round Booty Pilates workout 🍑🔥 This at-home booty and glutes workout focuses on slow, controlled Pilates-based exercises to lift, round, and shape your glutes, helping you work towards a strong and defined lower body. Expect deep muscle activation, strong engagement, and that final booty pump and burn that makes all the difference !

This glutes workout at home is designed to target all three layers of your glutes, including your outer glutes, glute medius and glute max, helping you build a stronger, fuller and more lifted booty.

We’ll be doing 10 exercises, 1 minute each, giving you time to really activate your muscles and feel the burn. These slow and controlled Pilates movements help tone your legs, sculpt your glutes and improve lower body strength.
